1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of ADL Search & Staffing LLC ("ADL," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ADL Search & Staffing provides executive search and staffing services in the financial services industry. Our services include:
- Executive search and recruitment
- Temporary and permanent staffing solutions
- Career consultation and guidance
- Employer-candidate matching services
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding position requirements
- Respond in a timely manner to candidate submissions
- Notify ADL immediately if a submitted candidate is hired
- Honor the fee structure as outlined in the service agreement
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates working with ADL agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information on resumes and applications
- Communicate promptly regarding interview scheduling and opportunities
- Notify ADL of any changes in employment status or availability
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process
5. Fees and Payment
Fee structures for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms will be specified in the client agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Confidentiality
ADL maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client and candidate information. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ADL Search & Staffing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ADL Search & Staffing LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ADL Search & Staffing provides recruitment and staffing services to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for:
- Employment decisions made by clients
- Candidate performance after placement
- Misrepresentations made by clients or candidates
- Changes in employment status after placement
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
ADL Search & Staffing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
